Training materials are tools that help people learn and develop skills. They can include things like presentations, handouts, quizzes, and quick reference guides. If these materials are messy or not well-edited, people may lose interest or have trouble understanding key ideas. Editors play a vital role in improving the organization and attractiveness of training content, making it more useful for learners.
This 90-minute session is for editors working in talent development in government, academic, and corporate settings. You’ll learn how editing can transform learning content into effective training tools that boost performance. You’ll also get practical tips for refining learning goals, improving presentations, and revising assessments. By the end of this webinar, you’ll have the skills to make sure your clients’ training materials connect with their audience and improve their performance.
