Susan Honea is certified copyeditor and professional writer. Since 2008, she has helped dozens of writers and students produce high-quality documents in a variety of writing situations (academic, business, sales, healthcare, etc.). Susan is known as a direct and tactical problem-solver who helps clients create structure for success.
Susan is also a Board Certified Coach, an International Coaching Federation Associated Certified Coach, a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and a Positive Intelligence trained coach, as well as a curriculum designer, writer, editor, and teacher. In her coaching role, she leverages her experience in a wide variety of fields, including healthcare, corporate training, tax and accounting, and academia, to help clients understand and leverage their innate talents; improve writing and communication skills; and overcome writer’s block.
Susan is an avid reader and a lifelong learner. She holds a Copyediting certification from the University of California – San Diego, a Master of Science in Positive Psychology from Life University, a Master of Public Health from Kaplan University, and a Master of Arts in Professional Writing from Kennesaw State University. In her spare time, she also volunteers with local organizations that align with her passions — music and animals.
