Lisa Rose, M.A.

I’m a professional editor, educator, writer, and book coach with an MA in English Literature. For over a decade, I have professionally taught and coached writers from all backgrounds to find their voice and hone their craft.

As the founder, owner, and operator of The Write Rose Editing, I am committed to empowering my clients and helping them achieve the highest-quality publications. I have worked with independent authors, academic researchers and graduate students, small businesses, and more. Your writing matters, no matter what it is. Let me help you tell your story.

About My Services

I pride myself on preserving an author’s voice while ensuring clarity and consistency, and I operate with care, persistence, and empathy. What are your words communicating to your reader? I will adapt to your writing style and polish your work with meticulous professionalism.

I specialize in editing the following genres, but I’m open to discussing other projects:

• Young Adult Fiction (all subgenres)
• Fantasy & Scifi (especially Urban Fantasy and/or Dystopian)

• Romance (especially Paranormal Romance; includes “steamy,” LGTBQ+, and erotica)

I offer affordable developmental editing, line editing, copy editing, and book coaching services. Cost should not be a barrier to telling your story, and I offer high-quality editorial services to writers from all backgrounds.
