Hello! I am an academic copyeditor with over 7 years of experience in providing editing, proofreading, reference management, research, and transcription services. I hold a B.Sc. degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work degree.

I improve the flow, clarity, and tone of manuscripts to ensure that they meet the high standards for publication in scholarly journals in the areas of public health, disability studies, psychology, and social work. For PhD students, I also copyedit and format dissertations and theses. Additionally, I meticulously format tables and figures and reference lists using my sharp eye for detail.

The style manuals I use include American Psychological Association (APA) style (7th edition), Chicago Manual of Style (CMoS, 17th & 18th edition), and American Medical Association (AMA) style (11th edition).

If you’re a qualitative researcher, you may also benefit from accurate transcription of your interviews, focus groups, or other audio recordings. Fortunately, I am also a transcriptionist!
