The EFA’s Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Transformation (EDIT) committee presents Candid Conversations, a virtual series featuring thought leaders in the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging community who will spotlight their own personal and professional journeys navigating their careers.

Joining us on Oct. 2* at 6 p.m. (EDT) is Alexis José Rios, Director of Marketing and Engagement at the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP). In his role, Alexis focuses on creating the overall branding aesthetic for the CUP organization for social media, in-person, and virtual events. He will discuss his journey from employee to thought leader and how to best present your most authentic self in the workplace.
