LA chapter co-coordinator Lynn Varon will moderate an in-depth Q&A with YA novelist Wendelin Van Draanen about her experiences working with editors.

Van Draanen is an international award-winning, best-selling author of more than 30 traditionally published novels. She is the author of the 18-book Sammy Keyes mystery series, which won an Edgar award. Her YA novel Flipped became a Warner Brothers feature film. Van Draanen’s latest novel, The Peach Rebellion, explores the lives and loves of three young women who come from completely different backgrounds and join forces to take a stand against the patriarchy.
