Helen Burroughs is a professional copy, developmental, and line editor. She is also a proofreader, a book reviewer, a beta reader (manuscript evaluator), a sensitivity/diversity reader, and a writing coach.
Her specialties are: Fiction, all genres; Nonfiction, memoirs and poetry.
Helen studied editing and digital publishing at New York University (NYU). She has been freelancing for several years and has edited, proofread, reviewed, and beta read numerous manuscripts for authors located all over the globe.
In another life, Helen was a Hedge Fund Accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Accounting from Syracuse University. She worked in the accounting industry for many years.
