With experience working for publishers including Hay House and Simon & Schuster, I specialize in editing fiction, self-help books, creative non-fiction, and books about spirituality. I offer copyediting, manuscript critiques, developmental editing, and preparing query letters and book proposals. I also offer book publicity for independent presses and self-published authors. I have extensive experience with books about holistic health and healing, self-help, spirituality, yoga, and psychology. I’ve edited for nonprofits, and mainstream and independent publishers and authors, and enjoy working collaboratively with authors. With an M.A. in English literature from Brandeis University, I have published poetry and articles and have taught creative writing with grants from the New York State Council on the Arts. With expertise in books about spirituality and healing, I am a longtime meditator and practitioner of holistic healing.
