Job List Submission Approval Policy
The EFA may reject Job List submissions that do not meet EFA standards, including, but not limited to, those with:
- Insufficient rates
- Violations of the EFA Anti-Harassment Policy
- Known or likely scams
- Restrictions on job candidates based on inherent qualities or beliefs (e.g., race, gender, age, health status, religious or political beliefs)
While the EFA reserves the right to reject a Job List submission for any reason, its review is limited to the content of the submission itself. The EFA encourages all members to thoroughly vet any potential client or job for fit but does not evaluate the background, beliefs, or character of the client or review job postings according to any criteria other than those stated above.
