Less is More Editing LLC
I recently retired after a 35-year career in publishing. My experience spanned sales/marketing, editorial, project management, and ultimately a senior leadership role at Heinemann Publishing for the company’s two top authors. My “niche” was educational publishing, in particular, literacy education for the K-12 market, and while I’m happy to continue that work I hope to extend my skills to a broader market.
I recently established a freelance editorial business, by the name of, Less is More Editing. It describes the work I love most: paring down content for maximum impact, be it a manuscript, a message, a story, or business communication. In today’s digital world, precision is paramount.
I also bring to this work expertise in the business of publishing and proven leadership and mentoring skills and am open to any opportunity to share what I’ve learned and expand my professional horizons.
