In 2020, Rozi founded The Developmental, a literary consultancy providing critiques and editing services. She specializes in crafting authentic voices and developing relatable, realistic characters—particularly strong female protagonists in romantic or complex roles that defy clichés and stereotypes.

With a Master’s Degree in International Crime & Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a dual degree in journalism and history from New York University, Rozi brings a culturally aware and insightful perspective to her editing. Fluent in five languages—English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Albanian—she hones in on linguistic subtleties to provide unique insights for every project.
